In India today there is a severe lack of proper menstruation education for adolescent girls. Out of fear, many hazardously hide their symptoms, turning to unsanitary means that can lead to life-threatening infections and even death—consequences that would be soundly avoided with improved education and open communication.

To assuage this dire situation, we partnered with The Case for Her to create a children's book that explores the delicate yet important lessons surrounding menstruation, ultimately imparting the knowledge that it's a healthy, perfectly normal part of life.
